Potentially dangerous Multicopter (Drone) flying at Manchester Airport.

It has come to the attention of the North West Area committee that an incident has occurred at Manchester Airport, which could have repercussions on model flying in general.

It would not appear to be the first of this nature to happen here, or other countries.

It is probable that the person involved is not a member of the BMFA, as we are responsible in the way we fly our models and multicopters.

All we ask is that you point out to those you see acting irresponsibly, of the danger they might be causing by their flying.

All this also applies to every type of model flying, remember.

Please pass this information to your members, and ask them to be ultra vigilant too.
